524ft starfish wows walkers on Somerset beach
Beachgoers in Somerset have been stunned by a 524ft starfish carved into the sand.
Artist Simon Beck spent six hours with five assistants creating the shape in the sand on Brean Beach.
The design was based on a hexagon with a star in the middle.

According to ITV News, Mr Beck said: "The design started small and grew as we made progress throughout the day, with one eye on the incoming tide.
"It's my biggest design here this year."
Mr Beck is famous for his sand and snow art creations. He has previously carved out crop circles and snowflakes on Brean Beach.
And, according to the Daily Telegraph, he spends over 10 hours at a time making drawings on ski slopes in the Alps using snow shoes.
The Huffington Post reports that he "drags" his feet around with an orienteering compass in one hand to create his amazing geometric designs.
