Cyclist thrown from bike after car door opens into road

A cyclist travelling down her morning commute route was unlucky enough to be thrown from her bike after a car passenger failed to check behind the car and opened the vehicle's door into them.

Captured by a helmet-mounted camera, it shows how a cyclist slips down the side of stopped traffic and is thrown violently by an opening car door.
