How far would you go for your dream holiday? We've heard of people giving up their jobs to travel the world in luxury, but is giving up a kidney to travel the world a little too extreme?

One in ten of us don't think so, according to new research conducted by online travel agency
Sunshine. Nearly 10 per cent of people surveyed said they would willingly give up one of their kidneys if it meant they could travel the world in luxury, for free.

It also found that more than a quarter of Brits asked would ditch their long-term partners for the chance to go on a luxury round-the-world trip.

The research also revealed that 51 percent of us would also leave a dream job behind if they had the opportunity to travel for free.

Another 16 per cent of participants said they would sacrifice internet access for the rest of their lives while 55 percent of people claimed they would be willing to never watch TV again in their lifetime.

Twenty-three per cent said they would sleep rough on the streets, five per cent would give up their closest friendship and never speak to that person again, and 38 percent claimed they would be willing to never have sex again to have the chance of travelling the world, in luxury and for free.

Managing Director of sunshine.co.uk, Chris Clarkson, said the following: "It seems there isn't much some people wouldn't do to get their hands on a free, luxury trip around the globe.

He added: "Let's be honest, it would be the trip of a lifetime; but I can't believe as many as a quarter would be willing to walk out on a long-term relationship for it! Either there's trouble in paradise there, or those people really are just a touch heartless."
