The camera attached to the skydiver shows them all taking a number of turns in the sky before what appears to be a section of footage filmed while the man is upside down in the air.

Parachutes are then deployed but unfortunately for one skydiver, the parachute didn't manage to slow the fall enough before hitting the ground.

The helmet camera shows the extreme speed at which the man comes into land and then continues to show the man falling forward before letting out a string of expletives.

As he struggles to get back up again he can be heard calling out to his friends: "Dude, I'm hurt."

Speaking after the accident, he said: "I decided to work on some high-performance turns while landing my parachute. I ended up very low on my final and once I started the turn, I knew i was in trouble right away."

According to Newsflare he said: "I hit the ground and bounced up 4 feet and skipped another 20 feet before touching down again.

"I was rushed to the hospital, where x rays determined I had broken my pelvis in two places, including the entire left side shifting upwards."
