A BMW driver took it upon himself to block the path of an ambulance on a busy in highway in Russia, as this incredible footage shows.

Captured on a dashcam mounted inside the ambulance, the video shows the BMW M6 crossing lanes on the highway in order to block the emergency vehicle's path.
