Is this girl underwater or above? Internet baffled by picture
A photo of a little girl in a swimming pool is confusing millions of people who are debating whether she is underwater or jumping into the pool.
The picture was posted on Imgur and has been viewed over 2.7 million times.
User Maskari uploaded the snap with the caption: "This girl looks like she's underwater and jumping into water at the same time."

The blue background of the photo and splashes around her face make it appear as though she is swimming underwater. But on closer inspection, her hair looks dry as though she is just splashing around in the shallow end of a pool.
Naturally people took to the site to submit their thoughts.
Poppyanne wrote: "Her hair is dry AND leaving a clear shadow on her shoulder. Underwater would distort the shadow."

KristySloan said: "She is just splashing in the water but she is darn cute".
One user, AjahnAwesome, added: "Anybody who actually believes she's underwater should be banned from accessing the internet for the rest of their lives."
