Everyone deserves a freebie now and again, and while sometimes all the bargains and discounts seem to be aimed at one member of the family or the other, this week there's officially something for everyone.

Whether you're into the rugby, a devoted Frozen fan, the kind of person who loves to soak up the news, or someone who'd rather be soaking up body lotion, you can get your fix for free this week.

Free international calls from your mobile

To celebrate the Rugby World Cup, throughout September and October, O2 is offering free international calls via O2 World Chat - from the UK to competing nations on the days that they play. You don't have to be on O2, you just download the app, and use it to make the call. It works over O2's network too, so you don't need to be on Wifi, and it won't use any of your data.

Free Cinderella DVD

If you've never used topcashback.co.uk you can get a free copy of the new Cinderella DVD in return for signing up to the site. After you've signed up, you just go to the blog post, and click through to Amazon to buy the DVD. It'll cost £10, but within seven days the full purchase price will come back into your cash back account, and after 14 days you can transfer the cash straight into your bank account. If you want to take advantage, you'll need to do it before the deal runs out on Sunday.

Free copy of the Economist

If you've ever wanted to try The Economist, but been put off by the cost, then you can get a free copy just by signing up, and it will be sent direct to you. Even if you've never considered trying it, it's not going to cost you anything, so you may as well.

Free Frozen Annual

The users of HotUKdeals.com have spotted that Smyths toy shops are offering the 2015 Disney Frozen Annual for free. You can't order online, or reserve in store; you have to pop in and pick one up. It's definitely worth doing sooner rather than later, as stocks are unlikely to last long. It's actually the annual from last Christmas, but the kids probably won't notice.

Free body lotion

If you buy the latest edition of InStyle magazine (on sale until next Tuesday), you'll get a free Neal's Yard body lotion included. They're offering 100ml tubes of two varieties - geranium and orange or the Bee Lovely lotion. You'll need to fork out £3.99 for the magazine, but the Bee Lovely lotion is worth about £7 and the other one is worth more than £10, so it's still a cheap way to get your hands on the lotions - with a magazine thrown in for good measure.
