According to the BBC, a Spanish Civil Guard spokesman said: "All the indications are that this young woman died as the result of a drugs overdose, but we are waiting for the results of an autopsy."

Friends have paid tribute to Danielle on social media.

And Rhianda Thomson wrote: "I was hoping the news wasn't true you will be missed xx RIP Danielle."

Back in June, a British tourist died in Ibiza after reportedly taking a lethal cocktail of alcohol, painkillers and sleeping pills.

Zander Moynes, 20, from Berkshire, was found dead by friends in his hotel room.

It is believed he enjoyed a night out on the party island and, after finding it difficult to get to sleep, decided to take some painkillers and sleeping pills to help.
