The attraction was presented with the gong at the prestigious World Travel Awards in Sardinia on Saturday night.
The Guinness Storehouse tells the story of the famous alcoholic drink and, according to the Irish Times, has had 13 million people through its doors since it opened in 2006.
It is located in the heart of the St James' Gate Brewery in Dublin, home to the 'black stuff' since 1759.
The seven-storey building has been remodelled into the shape of a pint of Guinness, and visitors can enjoy a real pint of the stuff at the famous Gravity bar at the top of the building.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Failte Ireland chief executive Shaun Quinn said: "When you consider that this was an open worldwide public vote and that the Storehouse beat back competition from the Acropolis, Buckingham Palace, the Colosseum and the Eiffel Tower, you know that the Storehouse must be delivering what visitors want - truly authentic and memorable experiences."
