According to the Mirror and the Daily Record, cabin crew did not take too kindly to the behaviour, and said over the PA system: "Ladies and gentlemen, please remain quiet. There are travellers on board with young children. Please do not swear. Thank you."
Glasgow to Ibiza services seem to have something of a party-passenger-problem. Back in April, tourists on the notoriously rowdy Ryanair service from Glasgow Prestwick Airport to Ibiza were told they will not be able to take alcohol on flights anymore.
It is the only one of its flights that such a rule has been enforced on.
According to the Daily Record, the airline said in an email: "Customers will not be allowed to carry alcohol on board and all cabin baggage will be searched at boarding gates.
"Any alcohol purchased in airport shops or elsewhere must be packed in a suitable item of baggage, which will be tagged and placed in the aircraft hold free of charge. Customers attempting to conceal alcohol will be denied travel without refund or compensation."
