In its most recent Traveller's Choice awards, TripAdvisor has revealed its top ten islands around the world.

The Caribbean island of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos tops this year's list but there are also a number of European locations that make it into the top ten, according to reviews on the site.

Providenciales is closely followed by Maui in Hawaii and Roatan in the Bay Islands, Honduras to make up the top three.
