An entire beach in Cornwall could be yours - if you've got £250,000 to spare.
Polkerris beach, near Fowey, is up for grabs along with a water sports centre at the site.
The beautiful beach attracts around 40,000 visitors a year and is the perfect sport for swimming and water sports.
The business has been run by the Shillito family run for the last seven years, and it includes the beach trading rights, RYA Watersports Centre, a cafe and beach shop. There are also eight years left on the 15-year lease.
Bob Shillito said he his selling up to concentrate on his caravan site instead.
Speaking to the Cornish Guardian, he said: "On any given day I could be acting as harbourmaster for a visiting yacht, scooping ice creams, hiring out paddle boards, negotiating with equipment suppliers, and awarding sailing certificates all in the same afternoon. You never know what will come up next.
"Many youngsters have been taught to sail, windsurf or powerboat in this beautiful sheltered bay on the South Cornish Coast and will have happy memories."
A spokesman for Fowey River Estate Agents, which is responsible for the sale, told the Western Morning News: "Very rarely does an opportunity like this come along. But here we have a well run and much loved business with an exceptional reputation, in an idyllic location on a beach, in Cornwall is for sale.
"Polkerris is a quaint small village with a sheltered harbour beach overlooking St Austell Bay, with a stone Quay providing shelter for boats.
"Located just two miles west of Fowey on the South West Coast Path.
"The Polkerris Beach Company has a well earned good reputation and many families have fond memories of activities on the water in this truly stunning part of the world."
