A 'cosy' one-bedroom house has gone on sale in North London for an eye-watering £495,000.
The fact that the Islington property is within walking distance of Arsenal's Emirates stadium may have something to do with the massive price tag.
The house is listed as "a wonderfully quirky one bedroom house located moments from Arsenal underground station" by Hamptons International.
According to the Guardian, the house was built 15 years ago and has had one owner since then.
There is 422 square feet of living space, and amazingly the property has two floors and even a small balcony.
Daniel O'Brien, associate director of Hamptons International in Islington, is handling the sale and said: "We've had a steady stream of viewings."
He added: "People look at it and they either say that's not for me, or they go 'wow' and want to see it."
The small house is well connected and is within close distance of both the Piccadilly and Victoria lines and the balcony looks out over Drayton Park.

The space is listed as having one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, an open plan reception room, kitchen and separate toilet.
According to the Independent, the average house price in Islington has been listed at £668,825 by the Land Registry.
Daniel O'Brien also said: "It would suit someone downsizing, first-time buyers who don't want an apartment, or someone who wants a bolthole in London – the tube is nearby and you can be in the west end in 15 minutes."
