Game of Thrones has been credited with a major boom in tourism in Northern Ireland. Fans have flocked to see where the series was filmed, and spend a week or two experiencing the incredible landscapes, amazing buildings, and dramatic climate from their screens. But what if a couple of weeks aren't enough? How can you have your own slice of the kingdoms of Game of Thrones all year round?

To celebrate the return of the series to TV screens next month, property portal OnTheMarket.com conducted a survey, which revealed that more than three million people in the UK want to live in a home inspired by the books and the TV series. It has come up seven properties which it says embodies the spirit of each of the disparate kingdoms.

And while it's not clear whether the owners are delighted by some of the comparisons, they are clearly a range of impressive homes. You can explore all seven of the properties here:

Or should fantasy worlds be confined to the TV, so you can live in something modern and easy to maintain? let us know in the comments.
