A British expat has been arrested on suspicion of killing his partner - after her decomposed body was found in Spain.
Rosemary Broadwell, 76, went missing on 15 September in Algorfa, on the Costa Blanca, near Alicante.
Her partner Charlie Bevill-Warcup, 75, reported her missing at the time, telling police he'd last seen Rosemary after dropping her off at a cash point, reports the Mirror.
Rosemary's family launched a desperate search for her, with her granddaughter Lisa appealing for information on Twitter.

Detectives from the paramilitary Civil Guard at Algorfa arrested Bevill-Warcup on Monday night after he reportedly confessed to killing her.
He told officers he had beaten Rosemary with a blunt instrument, before taking them to an area of scrubland where her decomposed body was found.
A post mortem confirmed that she had been beaten to death.
Speaking to thelocal.es, Rosemary's daughter Cheryl Webster said: "We have only just found out the horrible news.
"He [Charlie] lived with her, but he is not my father and was not married to her. It's come as a horrible shock, we are waiting to find out more."
