Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts has partnered with American pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini to create éclair recipes inspired by destinations around the globe. Chef Iuzzini has created a new éclair recipe inspired by his recent trip to the Cote d'Azur region and to celebrate, we've teamed up with Le Méridien to offer you the chance to win a trip for two to the South of France to experience Le Méridien Nice and Le Méridien Beach Plaza, Monte Carlo.







The winner and a guest will spend two nights at Le Méridien Nice before enjoying a two-night stay at Le Méridien Beach Plaza. Return flights from the UK are included.
