First drive: Hyundai i20

Hyundai is undergoing a redevelopment of all its models, and this is the New Generation i20. The old i20 was one of the manufacturer's biggest-selling models, and the new version is very different, inside and out. It has taken a conscious decision to attract new buyers by including extra technology as standard that previously would be available only as optional extras. There will be five models, from the entry-level S (from £10,695) to the top-end Premium SE (£14,725), although the SE (£12,725) is likely to prove the most popular. The other models are the S Air (£11,445) and the S Blue (£12,445).
