Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly looking for a new pad in London. And they've set the bar high in their search by viewing a £25 million penthouse in Marylebone.
The five-bedroom apartment is set in the West End's new luxury development hotspot, The Chilterns, and is near the star-frequented Chiltern Firehouse restaurant.
The flat has everything a power couple like Brangelina could wish for: its own internal glass lift, wine cave already stocked with 100,000 bottles, an in-house chef, David Bailey artwork, 2,500sqft of private roof gardens, and a studio flat annexe for staff - or teens.
According to the Daily Mail, other perks include an on-site gym and a 24-hour hotel-style concierge, which can take care of everything from travel arrangements and theatre tickets to dry cleaning and shopping. Sounds terrible.
Stephen Conway, chairman and chief executive of Galliard Homes, joint developers of the luxury development, told the Evening Standard: "If Brad and Angelina do decide they want to buy it, they will be in very good company, we have had overseas Royals, business tycoons, international artists buy into the scheme."
The couple's main home is the sprawling Chateau Miraval in the South of France, where they recently got married. They also own a huge home in LA.
But, the paper adds, the couple are drawn to London because of its growing reputation as film production centre.
According to The Sunday Times, the average price of a property in Marylebone is £2.2 million, and Guy Ritchie and Kate Hudson also own homes there.
