There are plenty of opportunities for cut-price healthy eating this week, with free fresh soup, free smoothies, and a free box of organic vegetables. You can also get out and about on a healthy and free day with the family at Monkey World - and then undo all your good work with a free case of wine worth £60.

Free soup

New Covent Garden Soup is offering a voucher for £1 off cartons of soup. All you need to do is fill in your details, download the voucher app, and print your coupon (if you'd rather not download anything you can have a voucher sent to you if you visit the website type 'Covent Garden' and then fill in your details).

The deal hunters at HotUKdeals.com have also spotted that at the moment Morrisons is selling these soups at £1 each (usually they're closer to £2.50) so you can get yourself a carton for free.

Free smoothie

Yazoo is branching out from milkshakes to yogurt smoothies, and is giving away £1 off vouchers to encourage people to try them. The deal is on the company's Facebook page, so you just click on the offer and get your voucher. Again Morrisons is running a special offer selling them for £1 each (until 21 October) - so you can use your voucher there and turn it into a freebie. You'll need to be quick though, as the company has warned there aren't many vouchers left.

Free wine

Barclays is currently offering a free case of wine worth £60 to new customers when you transfer at least £2,000 to its balance transfer cards. Clearly this isn't the kind of decision to base on a freebie. However, the 34-month platinum balance transfer card and the 33 month platinum balance transfer cards are two of the longest 0% deals on the market at the moment.

You will pay a shade under £60 to transfer a £2,000 balance to the 34 months card - which is the cheapest for this length of deal. You'll pay just over £55 to transfer £2,000 to the 33 month deal - which makes it the cheapest 33 month deal too. So the wine is a nice freebie on top of a competitive deal.

Free vegetables

Riverford Organic Farms is known for its quality, but its veg box delivery hardly exactly has a reputation for being cheap. At the moment, however, they are running a deal with Vouchercloud which gives you the first box for half price, a free cookbook (worth £19) with your second box, and a free box on your fourth delivery.

If you then cancel your deliveries, it means you'll get four deliveries and a cook book for £32.89. It's a saving of £39.91 on the usual price, and for 32 portions of vegetables and a cookbook it's far cheaper than the supermarkets too. You'll need to sign up by 19 October to take advantage.

Free entry to Monkey World

This is a very geographically-specific deal, but it's on offer during half term, and it's a great day out that would otherwise cost a family of four £35, so it's worth mentioning. On Friday 31st October Monkey World in Dorset is offering free entry to anyone in full Halloween fancy dress costume. It applies to both adults and children, so the whole family can get in for free - provided they are willing to be seen out in fancy dress.
