Many questions are being asked after Jules Bianchi crashed into a recovery vehicle at high speed, during Sunday's Japanese grand prix. Conditions on the track, the visibility of yellow flags and whether the recovery vehicle should have been on the track at the time are all under scrutiny, while Bianchi remains in critical condition in a Japanese hospital.
