Britons 'want help with new tech'

%VIRTUAL-SkimlinksPromo%Britons spend on average more than £350 each a year on new technology products - but nine out of 10 of us do not know how to use them properly, according to new research.

The survey, which was carried out by UK bank Barclays, found that 39% of people knew they were using less than half the potential of their devices.
