Advert for Christy Turlington anti-ageing pill banned

An advert for an anti-ageing pill - which Christy Turlington is an ambassador for - has been banned by the advertising watchdog. Imedeen claimed to be 'pioneering skincare from within' and that it was able to 'reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.' The makers, Pfizer, produced reams of research which they say supported the claims.

The watchdog disagreed - said the research wasn't robust enough to support the claims - and banned the advert for being misleading.%VIRTUAL-SkimlinksPromo%
