Chicago's viewing platform tilts visitors over the edge

Updated

Is this the most terrifying viewing platform ever? A tilted glass box on the 94th floor of a Chicago skyscraper gives visitors a dizzying view of the city.

The new viewing point is in the John Hancock Center, one of the tallest buildings in the United States.

Visitors are tilted forward to a 30-degree angle, with just a pane of structured glass between them and the ground, around 1,000 feet below, reports the BBC.
