Pensioner caught smuggling cash in his pants

An elderly man has been caught trying to smuggle cash across European borders - with the notes strapped to his genitals.

The man and his wife were stopped by German customs officials at the town of Trier, as part of a routine road check. But when the officials discovered €8,000 hidden in the woman's clothes, they took a closer look at her husband. And a patdown revealed that he was carrying four bundles of cash, totalling nearly €200,000, in a rather delicate place.
