A job advert appeared in the US for a Director of Operations for a firm called Rehtom. The listing made it clear that this wasn't going to be an easy role. Among the requirements were a 135 hour week, with no breaks and no holidays. They were also looking for a highly educated individual, with crisis management skills and endless patience.
