Gisele makes everybody jealous with her sunset yoga on the beach
Supermodel Gisele Bundchen showed us that keeping fit on holiday is perfectly possible when she took to the beach and practised yoga on the beach with a beautiful view of the sunset.
The 33-year-old mum wore a black bikini as she did the dancer's pose by the sea. She shared the snap with her Instagram followers and wrote: "Good night sunshine! Boa noite!"
She once revealed to Harper's Bazaar that she did yoga three times a week leading up to the birth of her son Benjamin.
"It prepared me mentally and physically. It's called 'labour' not 'holiday' for a reason, and I knew that," she said.
"The next day [after giving birth], I was walking, I was washing dishes, I was making pancakes in the kitchen."
Gisele didn't reveal where she was on holiday but posted a sunny beach photo of herself relaxing on a sun lounger with who appeared to be her son Benjamin the next day.
She was pictured wearing a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and went make-up free for her family day at the beach.
Last month, Gisele jetted off to a mystery ski resort to spend Valentine's Day on the slopes.
In January, she hit the Bahamas on a family holiday and was seen paddleboarding with her husband, Tom Brady.
