The largest cruise ship in Britain will set sail in March 2015 - and we've got a few sneak peek pics to whet your appetite.

P&O's Britannia will carry 3, 647 passengers, will be a length of 1,082ft, and weigh 141,000 tons.

Its facilities are extensive, and include 13 food and dining outlets, 13 bars, four pools, a state-of-the-art theatre, a £1 million art collection, 1,837 cabins, children's facilities and a sports arena.

There's also a stunning spa and retreat, the largest in the P&O fleet, for major pampering quality time.

Excitingly, there will also be a cookery club run by top chefs, including James Martin, and patissier Eric Lanlard, and the ship's restaurants will have creations from Marco Pierre White, Atul Kochhar and Olly Smith.

Britannia's maiden season will see the ship sail from Southampton to the Mediterranean, Norwegian Fjords, Canary Islands and the Baltic Sea, as well as offering a range of short breaks and a special round-Britain cruise, which will be a 12-night voyage starting on July 6 2015, including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, Dublin and Cork.

The ship will then transfer to the Caribbean for the winter season sailing a range of 15-night fly/cruise itineraries from Barbados.
