NatWest customer locked in by forgetful staff

A customer was left locked in a branch of NatWest for an hour and a half last night after bank staff forgot she was there.

The woman had been shown into a side room of the Waterloo, London branch to make a call to the bank head office with a query about her account. But when she came out at around 5pm, she was horrified to discover that the staff had all gone home and that the building was locked up.
