The Only Way Is Essex star Lauren Pope enjoyed a break at a spa over the weekend.

The 30-year-old former glamour model relaxed in a hot tub during the UK spa day - but not without carrying her phone to take a 'selfie' to share with her fans.

Lauren was pictured wearing a pink halter neck bikini with little make-up and wet hair.

She posted the photo on Instagram and wrote: "Saturday spa session 👙🏊 #jacuzzi #bikini".

In November, Lauren posted a bikini shot while in Los Angeles to take her hair extensions collection to the States.

She took some time out to catch the LA rays and wore a pink bikini to relax in the sun.
