War hero loses benefits after selling poppies

Stephen Taylor, a 60-year-old war veteran, has had his Jobseeker's Allowance stopped, after telling Jobcentre Staff that he had been selling poppies to raise money for the Royal British Legion charity.

Why would they stop his benefits? And is the oddest Jobcentre decision?
