Katy Perry soaks up sun on Miami hotel balcony

While we deal with the Arctic plunge's freezing temps, Katy Perry woke up to the Miami sunshine on Monday morning.

The Roar star is currently enjoying a break in Florida, and was spotted in her blue bandeau bikini drinking in the views over the Atlantic Ocean, as well as her morning coffee, of course.

She's also been seen relaxing at Miami Beach with friends, enjoying some downtime after putting in an energetic performance at the MTV EMAs in Amsterdam last weekend.

The singer is getting in a well-earned break just as she announced her new Prismatic World Tour, kicking off in the UK in May 2014.

Better make the most of the holiday then, Katy!
