Results of the latest JD Power survey are in and the best and worst car dealers up and down the country have been named and shamed.

The survey, which quizzed 13,511 customers on the overall satisfaction levels of the booking process, overall staff helpfulness, dealership facilities, the quality of work and how fair the service charges were, provides an interesting insight into the overall quality of manufacturer after care.
