Never mind an ice cream van... Introducing the ice cream TRUCK.

You could almost hear the squeal of excitement at Great Yarmouth beach on Tuesday - as the world's biggest ice cream van started handing out super-sized treats.

The 21ft tall ice cream van boasts five-foot Monster Truck wheels to tackle even the toughest UK beach terrains.

The van was launched as part of the campaign for the new Skoda Octavia vRS, and will also feature in the car's TV advert.

The van weighs in at a chunky 5.5 tonnes and took a team of engineers over three weeks to create.

And, don't worry, it could be heading to a town near you. The van will serve up 6,500 ice creams as it tours the UK.

It will be at the Bournemouth Air Festival from Thursday 29 August to Sunday 1 September, and at the Royal County of Berkshire Show at Newbury on Saturday 21 September and Sunday 22 September.
