Couple faces jail for performing 'lewd and obscene' sex acts on flight
A couple who performed a series of "lewd, indecent, and obscene" sex acts on a flight to Las Vegas could be jailed.
Jessica Stroble, 33, and Christopher Martin were arrested when they stepped off of the Allegiant Air flight from Oregon after horrified passengers complained to staff.
One angry mother told flight attendants: "This is not the sex education I wanted to give my teenage sons."
According to The Smoking Gun, a passenger sitting across from the couple on the 90-minute flight saw Stroble "perform oral sex and manually stimulate the genitalia of a male passenger sitting in the window seat next to her."
When she completed the sex act, witness watched as Stroble "wiped off her mouth while the male put his penis back inside his pants."
Beauty salon worker Stroble and vineyard owner Martin resumed the lewd act and passengers told the FBI that Martin placed his hand down Stroble's trousers and began "rubbing it up and down and the female assisted him."
The pair continued after a drink and snack service and Stroble reportedly performed oral sex on Martin a second time.
A flight attendant who saw Stroble's head in Martin's lap told them to stop. The crew member told the FBI that "based on the movement...the female was giving the male oral sex."
The complaint, published by The Smoking Gun, also stated: "Toward the end of the flight, the male exposed the female passenger's breast and began kissing the exposed breast."
Stroble and Martin could each face up to 90 days in jail and a fine if found guilty of the charges.
In June, a teenager sued United Airlines over a passenger performing a sex act on himself in front of her.
The 18-year-old girl claims she told flight attendants but they refused to stop the man from masturbating in his seat.
