Video: Moment diver's arm gets stuck in massive monkfish's jaws
A Russian diver experienced being the catch of the day when a large monkfish attempted to eat his arm.
A video capturing the moment the man found himself wrist-deep in the fish was posted on YouTube and shows him prying the monkfish's massive mouth open to escape its toothy grip.
According to a translation of the video, the man may have got his hand stuck while trying to take the fish out of the net but it may have also happened if he had tried noodling - fishing with his bare hands.
The diver screams in agony as his friends help free his arm and when he is finally free, he examines the damage done to his arm before smiling and posing with his catch.
