Royal Mail staff to get free shares

Royal Mail staff will be automatically enrolled into an employee share scheme under the Government's plans to privatise the postal company, ministers have announced.

Business Minister Michael Fallon said the aim was to give as many of Britain's postal workers as possible a chance to own a stake in their company.
