Man caught with prostitute was "buying tomatoes"

As anyone caught in a compromising position will tell you, coming up with an excuse is tricky. Wracking your increasingly flummoxed brain for a plausible explanation in the shock of being caught out can be extremely difficult.

And so it turned out for one Walsall man, who when questioned by police as to the reason why there was a prostitute in his car, told them she was showing him where he could buy some tomatoes.
