Learner driver calls 999 to report tardy instructor

Learning to drive is rarely a truly enjoyable experience, as nerves tend to get the best of even the most confident individuals.

But one young driver took a leap into the ridiculous when he phoned 999 emergency call handlers to report a spat with his instructor.
