Hotel chain bids to help unemployed

A hotel chain has announced a new work experience programme aimed at tackling youth and long-term unemployment.

Travelodge said it will take on around 50 unemployed young people in London, paying them the national minimum wage and giving them experience of working in the hotel industry.
