Scam whiplash claim - after jumping in surprise at cinema

It has emerged that a woman tried to claim £1,000 from her travel insurer, saying she had been forced to cancel her holiday because she sustained whiplash. The woman claimed that she had been watching Life of Pi in 3D, and when a tiger jumped out of the water, she jumped in surprise and sustained whiplash. The insurer refused to pay up - on the grounds it was utterly ridiculous.
