Retirement dreams shattered by property scam?

100 pensioners have told an inquiry that their retirement dreams have been shattered, after they spent up to £135,000 on mobile homes, in order to live out a stress-free down-sized retirement in East Yorkshire. It was only after they parted with the money that they discovered they were not allowed to live in the properties.
