D'oh! Simpsons theme park to open this summer
Orlando's Universal Studios is bringing Springfield to the masses this summer by opening a Simpsons theme park, complete with Moe's Tavern, the Simpsons ride and Krusty Burgers.
According to NY Daily News, the Springfield will revolve around a Simpsons ride, which has been at the park since 2008.
Jeffrey Godsick, president of Fox Consumer Products, said: "Fans will literally be able to live and breathe Springfield as they visit the statue of Jebediah, enjoy a Krusty Burger and have a seat at Moe's Tavern."
The new Springfield attraction will also have an outdoor spinner ride Kang & Kodos' Twirl & Hurl, and visitors will be able to walk down Fast Food Boulevard and check out The Android's Dungeon & Baseball Card Shop.
