"Carry on driving," says courts to motorists with 12 points

Over 8,000 motorists are still driving on Britain's roads despite racking up enough points to warrant a ban.

Courts have allowed more than two-thirds of drivers who have reached the undesirable milestone of 12 points to carry on driving.
