Updates from Reckitt Benckiser and Betfair

The FTSE 100 ended almost 43 points higher at 6,286.59 on Friday, partly in thanks to US improvement and stronger mining sentiment: witness the +26.63% climb by Eurasian Natural Resources. In contrast, IMI saw the biggest dip, down -1.59%.

Overnight, Japanese shares climbed again supported by a tumbling yen with the Nikkei 225 climbing +1.76% to 13,550.
