Pensioner threatened with eviction over 28p debt

Raymond Medlen, 78, of Slade Green in Kent, was shocked to receive a letter from Orbit South housing association, demanding that he pay the 28p outstanding on his water bill, and threatening to take him to court and possibly evict him if he did not pay up.
