Freebie Friday

Welcome to Freebie Friday, a weekly round up of the very best discounts, deals and freebies around. This week is officially the first of Spring, so we're on the case with deals to help you celebrate.

Whether you fancy a spot of spring cleaning (with a brand new soundtrack); going out for the day or a meal; or even just staying in for a roast dinner, we have freebies and bargains galore.

Discount Dyson

If your hoover isn't up to your spring cleaning ambitions, you can get 20% off a Dyson vacuum until the end of April. All you have to do to qualify is order online and confirm at the checkout that you want to trade in any old vacuum cleaner (it doesn't have to be working). They'll deliver your new machine and recycle your old vacuum for free.

Lamb discounts

The supermarkets are keen to get you in through the door for your Easter shop, so are offering a couple of deals on the roast for your Easter lunch. Users of HotUKDeals.com posted that Tesco has whole and half legs of Lamb at £4 per kg, and Aldi has whole legs at £3.99 per kg. It's unusual to see them come in any lower than £5 per kg, so it may be one for the freezer if you're a fan.

Discounted dinner

If you're treating the family you could get 20% off your food bill at Frankie and Benny's with this voucher from myvouchercodes.co.uk. To qualify you'll need to buy two main courses, but then the discount applies to all your food. The small print makes it something for the Easter holidays only. The deal lasts until the 28 March, but excludes Mondays after 5pm, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Free music

Spotify is a favourite among people who want to play thousands of tracks and still have room to move in their home. Freebie-hunters originally loved the free service (as long as you were willing to put up with the adverts). However, after the service introduced a five-track limit, they soon drifted away. The good news is that, as highlighted by users of Hotukdeals.com, the five-track limit has been lifted, so you are free to listen for nothing again.

Free toiletries

If you go into any Body Shop and say Happy Bunny when you buy your smellies, you can get £3 off your spend. And because there's no minimum spend on this, you can use it for a freebie - so you can get a soap, shower gel, body scrub of lotion for nothing.

Free days out

If you buy a promotional pack of Kellogg's cereal between now and the end of July, you'll get a voucher for a free adult ticket which can be used at any one of a whole host of attractions. There are 43 to choose from - including all the Merlin resorts such as Alton Towers, Legoland and the Sea Life Centres. To qualify you'll need to buy at least one other ticket (adult or child), but given that tickets can cost more than £40, this is a huge saving.
