Updates from RBS, Vodafone and FirstGroup

The FTSE 100 climbed 11 points yesterday, hitting 6,439. Aggreko was the biggest climber, up +10.30% after announcing strong pre-tax profits. Slashing its dividend, investors deserted Aviva which fell hard, down -12.51%.

The Dow Jones climbed 33 points to 14,329. Overnight, stocks continued to surge in Asia with the Nikkei up +2.64% to 12,283.
