Shard firm lands Kingdom Tower deal

The team behind the construction of The Shard in London has landed a contract to project-manage the 1.2 billion US dollar (£780 million) construction of the world's tallest building.

London-based Mace will participate in a joint venture with fellow British firm EC Harris to create the Kingdom Tower in Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, which will stand more than 3,280ft (1km) high.%VIRTUAL-SkimlinksPromo%
