Food giant Nestlé hit by horse meat fear

The world's biggest food company, Nestlé, has pulled beef pasta meals from some European store shelves, due to new horse meat DNA being discovered.

This is a U-turn for the Swiss-based company. Previously Nestlé claimed it was clear of horse meat worries. The supply chain between meat suppliers, producers and distributors is looking increasingly frayed - and disturbing.
