Hunt the corgi: The latest way to get visitors to London?

Updated

We're loving the new tourism campaign from Visit London, which features a rather cute corgi visiting some of the city's most familiar sites.

The fun film shows Rufus the dog trotting around some of the best bits of the city in order to promote a new competition to win one of six luxury trips to London.

To enter, follow Rufus on Twitter under the handle @findrufus. Every week, he will tweet three clues about where he's hiding, and, once you've found him, you're eligible to win one of the trips, which include travel, a five-night stay in a luxury hotel, spa treatments and a choice of entertainment tickets.

In a Visit London press release, Mayor of London Boris Johnson said he hoped that visitors would be attracted to the city after it hosted the Olympics last year. "This tourism campaign highlights the fantastic things that our city has to offer," he said.
